I want a custom gift box, how much time do you need?

Typically we require 6 to 8 weeks advance of when you would like the order to be shipped. Please contact us if you have more immediate needs. We can accommodate depending on the size of your order,  if the items for your box are in stock, lead times for the small business brands we work to make and deliver products to us.

Can I choose the products I want in the box?

Of course! We have curated gift boxes you can choose from, but we understand each client and occasion is different, so you are free choose from any of the products we have available on our website, or if you have something more specific in mind we can work with you to source products from a BIPOC brand as well. 

We have a specific budget can you customize a box for us?

Yes we can work with budgets big and small. We can offer gifting options for your set price, theme, or gifting initiative.

Is shipping included?

No, shipping is priced separately as market rates fluctuate and destination location plays a factor. The median domestic shipping rate is $12.95.

Can I include a custom note from our company?

Yes we include a custom handwritten note with each gift box on a 4.2 X 5.5 notecard up to 12 gift boxes. Over that the note will be be a printed hand script. If you want the notecard customized we can do that as well for 50 or more gifts.

Can we add our own logoed product to a gift box?

Sure. We don't produce logoed items, but if you have items you would like to send to have added to the box. We do charge a fee of $1 per item for packaging items not procured by our team.
